Review The Kunja Villa Hotel, Seminyak Bali:
I did go to the trouble to have a good look at this hotel, I read the reviews and thought it was a good idea so you book 4 nights in a 1 bedroom villa with pool. We think it is still better than in the pictures. It was very nice, clean, well presented, great staff, a great little piece of private paradise.
The location was excellent, there was a small distance to places to go eat and the beach, and some of the great places to drink and watch the sunset. And yes the road that leads to the villas is a bit "awkward", but there are a lot of roads that are not great, and it's part of what Bali has to offer. We really liked the breakfast prepared by our chef, in a moment to adapt to us, and the choice and quantity was more than enough.
You can't have been a 3 Michelin star, but we didn't expect it, but it was fascinating and special and a great way to start the day. We were there during a week very hot and exclusive bath and lounge area are outdoors, which was a little too hot, but it's mother nature for you. All part of the experience. Our only minor inconvenience, if one can call it that some staff were very poor English, hopefully that will improve. We will be back for sure, we had a look at the villa of 3 bedrooms so we can bring our children, and that was very impressive.
Then, thanks to personal Kunja, was fantastic.
